Kaustuv comes from an architectural background and has worked on a range of high-profile projects in the UK across roles including Project Manager, Design Manager and Principal Contractor. His experience spans design development, consultant coordination, procurement, programme management and on-site construction delivery.

This breadth of experience means he understands a project from both sides: how the design is intended to work and what it takes to build it properly. Through KSR & Co., that knowledge is brought directly into residential construction — with a strong focus on detail, quality and well-managed delivery.
